Privacy policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the website offer at this address, the preview and live websites Voyant LLC (“Voyant Strategies”, “we”, “us”) builds for home-service businesses, and the intake form those businesses complete. 2. Previews built from public listings

To show a business what its site could look like, we build a private preview from information the business has already published: its name, phone number, address, hours, services and Google rating. We do not copy photographs from a listing; previews use licensed stock photographs until the owner sends their own. A preview lives at an unguessable link, is marked as unpublished, is hidden from search engines, and is removed 14 days after it was made or sooner if the business asks. 3. What we collect, and from whom

Owners who claim the offer. Your name, business name, phone number, the link to your Google listing if you give it, what your business does, and a good time to call.

Owners who complete the intake. Your business details, services and prices, service area, hours, email address, preferred web address, anything you add in the notes, and the logo and photographs you upload. You confirm you own or have permission to use what you send.

Visitors to a preview or live site. When a visitor fills in the quote form, we collect the name, phone number, address or ZIP code and message they enter. On a preview, the request is delivered to us so we can pass it on. On a live site it is delivered to the business that owns the site, which is responsible for how it handles it.

Hosting records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run the service and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers and we set no cookies of our own on these pages. If a business later adds analytics to its own live site, that is disclosed on that site.

4. How we use it

To call or text you back about the offer, to build and publish your site, to deliver quote requests, to take payment once your site is live, to keep our records, and to protect the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Who processes it for us

Web3Forms delivers form submissions, including uploaded files, to our inbox. Cloudflare hosts the pages and keeps the server logs. Stripe processes payments once a site is live; we never see your full card number. Google Workspace holds our email. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Retention

Claim requests and quote requests are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Intake details and uploaded files are kept for as long as we maintain your site and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. Preview sites are removed after 14 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights and choices

Email info@voyantstrategies.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We respond within a reasonable time and never charge for the request. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights can exercise them the same way.

8. Children

These pages are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
